Good Shepherd School Under 8 Soccer team has heart.

They have played 3 games to date but have only won one.  That isn’t for lack of trying.  The average age of the team is 6 years old and most have never played before.  Their skills have been improving with every challenge. 

Again, Aiden Zimmerman protected the goal an amazing number of times and only a few got past him.  For a second grader he isn’t afraid to dive for the ball.  As well, he has the foot of a field goal kicker. 

Trevor Bowie was able to get some great snags and get the ball heading for a goal only to be turned around by the other team. 

Gabriella Pileggi covered a lot of the field and fought valiantly for possession.   

This is a team to watch; they are loving the game and working hard with their friends.
