12 Sheriff's Deputies Among 15 Graduates

A dozen new deputies will join the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

 

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office gained a dozen new deputies when the office's training academy graduated 15 new police recruits on Wednesday.

The ceremony, held at John Carroll School, was attended by 200 people, and capped 26 weeks of training, according to a release from the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

The graduates, listed below, will go on to work with the sheriff's offices for Harford and Cecil counties, as well as the Maryland’s Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.

Retired Harford County Sheriff’s Office Major Jordan V. Watts, a 30-year veteran, who is now an attorney with the Baltimore County Office of Law, served as the guest speaker, according to a statement from the sheriff's office.
