Aberdeen Shopping Plaza, June 25. Westley C. Krausch, 36, of the 100 block of Bush Chapel Road, was arrested and charged with theft.

Hanover Street, 100 block, June 25. Shanaije N. Key, 22, of the 100 block of Hanover Street, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Mitchell Avenue, first block, June 24. Marlon A. Jennifer, 25, of the first block of Mitchell Avenue, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Pritchard Avenue, June 24. Isaka C. Alford, 20, of the 600 block of Windsor Avenue in Dundalk, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

MD Route 40 and MD Route 715, June 23. Dennis Hughes, 46, of the 8600 block of Oak Road in Parkville, was arrested on traffic charges and for a violation of a rental agreement.

MD Route 40 and MD Route 715, June 23. Rodney Mazyck, 51, of the 1500 block of East 33rd Street in Baltimore, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.
