Taft Street, unit block, Sept. 12. A 15-year-old male from the unit block of Taft Street was arrested and charged with failure to obey a lawful order.

South Philadelphia Boulevard, 600 block, Sept. 11. Jerome J. Williams, 26, and Ellis P. Gilbert, 35, both of the 1200 block of East Lambell Street in Baltimore, were arrested and charged with theft and fraud. 

Law Street and West Bel Air Avenue, Sept. 11. Amy E. Eller, 29, of the 4000 block of Old Rocks Road in Street was arrested and charged with assault.         

North Philadelphia Boulevard, 200 block, Sept. 10. Andre J. Lewis, 44, of the 200 block of Moyer Drive, was arrested and charged with interfering with an arrest.

North Philadelphia Boulevard, 200 block, Sept. 10. Linwood O. Burke, 46, of the 400 block of Chestnut Street, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, malicious destruction of property and resisting arrest.
