Aberdeen Man Found Guilty of Jan. 2011 Murder
Terrence Wanzer, 22, will be sentenced on Feb. 5, 2013.
An Aberdeen man has been found guilty in the January 2011 stabbing death of an Aberdeen teen.
According to a news release from the Harford County State's Attorney, Terrence Daryell Wanzer, 22, was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Thomas Burdsall Jr., 16, who died Jan. 8, 2011 at Harford Memorial Hospital after the incident in his Edmund Street home.
A jury levied a ruling Wednesday after one hour of deliberations.
Wanzer is scheduled for sentencing at 9 a.m. on Feb. 5, 2013.
The state's attorney release stated that Wanzer "could be sentenced to life in prison."
According to the statement, evidence was presented over the course of three days, in which Deputy State's Attorney Diana Brooks said Wanzer was at the victim's home playing video games with three others.
An argument between Wanzer and Burdsall broke out, and Wanzer stabbed Burdsall in the heart with a knife, according to the statement.

Job well done, justice system!! Another piece of trash is off the streets for a long, long, time. Mr. Wanzer is a monster. He has a violent history & never should have been roaming the streets in the first place. I hope he gets the maximum sentence of life in prison. I hope he has to sit in a tiny cell for the rest of his pathetic life & TJ haunts him every second of every day.
