A minor was also charged in connection with the Nov. 19, 2012 robbery.
Two Aberdeen teenagers have been arrested and charged in connection with a 2012 gas station robbery.
Daquane S. Johnson, 18, of the 100 block of Hamilton Place in Aberdeen, was charged Tuesday with robbing the Exxon gas station on South Philadelphia Boulevard on Nov. 19, 2012, according to a release from the Aberdeen Police Department Thursday afternoon. Johnson was released on $75,000 bond, police said.
A 14-year-old from Aberdeen also has been charged in the case, and is being held at the Charles Hickey Juvenile facility in Baltimore County, according to the release.
Police said two individuals entered the station and began fighting with a clerk, who was trying to close off access to the office area of the store. The suspects then stole an unknown amount of cash from the register before running from the shop, police said.
There were no injuries reported.
