A child was flown by helicopter to Johns Hopkins Hospital Monday afternoon following a fall at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen.
A 12-year-old was injured in an incident that took place before 5 p.m., according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS Association.
Gardiner could not say whether the fall took place inside Ripken Stadium or elsewhere in the complex.
