Aberdeen City Council will introduce the budget for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 and also recognize the state champion Aberdeen girls basketball team during Monday's meeting.
Aberdeen City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
Pastor Ben Cordle of Bible Baptist Church will open the meeting with a prayer, followed by two presentations: recognition of the girls basketball team, and Harford County's Tiffany Robinson's address regarding the consolidated five-year plan for housing and urban development.

Council will also vote on two ordinances: considering a forest conservation ordinance for adoption, and the budget for FY 2012-2013 for introduction.
Also up for discussion: the preliminary site plan for the proposed Royal Farms store on U.S. Route 40, and a wastewater treatment bid.
