The Aberdeen girls basketball team will have home field advantage throughout the region playoffs as they look for a return trip to the state finals.
The Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association playoffs open this week, and the Eagles girls (18-0) will have a bye.
They will play for the UCBAC championship on Wednesday against C. Milton Wright at Harford Tech.
The girls will open the MPSSAA playoffs playing host to either Towson or Franklin on Feb. 27.
The Aberdeen boys (13-6 overall) will visit Bel Air Friday. With a win, they would travel to Milford Mill for a second-round game Feb. 28.
TELL US: How will the Eagles do this March? Can the Eagles girls finish undefeated? Will the Eagles boys make a run? Leave a comment.
