I am positive Christine was not trying to add any more pain to anyone else, she was just ending her own pain. It's unfortunate that she took her life in a way that impacted a strangers, I don't see it as being selfish, suicide is the result of mental illness. If someone has a heart attack while driving their car and hits another car, do we say the driver with the heart attack was being selfish because they shouldn't have been driving? No we don't. My heart goes out to Christine's family and friends.

As a rule though, women don't usually opt for such violent measures so clearly this is someone who just wanted OUT. Unfortunately you can find alot too, by pulling up the Maryland Judiciary Case Search site where her name brings up several references to recent divorce, domestic violence and I believe custody of a minor. That'll do it. Can't say I'd actually consider killing myself over something like this but at the same time it does have the potential to drive one at least temporarily crazy. If the husbands' behavior is connected in any way to her recent actions I hope her family goes after him with a vengeance.

Do yourself a favor Boom.. Next time you have the desire to make or say a comment do everyone a favor and DON'T!!! You know for the family who is living with this and having so many questions, they don't need for someone with out a heart and most important a brain to make stupid comments like this. I have known Christine and her family for over 30 years, and have been Best-friends with her sister Kathy since we were 13 years old, and I can tell you that I and her family know that God is there for them and Christine during this very difficult time.
