Late Sunday Night Fire Controlled In Churchville

The fire took place around midnight on McCommons Road.

 

Fire damaged a two-story home on McCommons Road in Churchville late Sunday into early Monday.

The fire was placed under control early Monday after an initial call just before midnight, according to Rich Gardiner, spokesman for the Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS Association.

No injuries were reported in the two-alarm fire in the 3500 block of McCommons Road, Gardiner wrote on the association's Facebook page.

Volunteers from Level, Aberdeen, Darlington, Cecil County and the Susquehanna Hose Company responded.
