The Boys & Girls Club of Harford County will soon serve 200 at-risk kids through a new program, which will specifically involve 25 children from families on Aberdeen Proving Ground.

The new program was introduced Wednesday at the B&GC Edgewood facility.

The mentoring program was born from a $230,400 initiative created by Sen. Barbara A. Mikulski, according to a news release.
