One patient was transported to an area hospital after a multi-vehicle crash Monday morning in Aberdeen.

The accident took place before 9 a.m. Monday at the intersection of West Bel Air Avenue and Bush Chapel Road. An unidentified patient was transported to Bayview Medical Center by ambulance, Rich Gardiner, spokesperson for the Harford County Volunteer Fire & EMS Association, told Patch.

The condition of the patient was not immediately known.

Aberdeen police spokesman Lt. Fred Budnick said the accident was cleared but could share no further information as of 9:45 a.m.
