Aberdeen Proving Ground will hold a town hall meeting Thursday.

The meeting will run from 10:30 a.m. until noon at the Post Theater. Maj. General Robert Ferrell and Col. Gregory McClinton will address the community in the meeting, which takes the place of the former Community Action Council.
