Two Men Arrested Nearly 4 Years after Aberdeen Murder
The murder took place in the unit block of South Philadelphia Boulevard in Aberdeen.
Harford County sheriff's deputies arrested a 23-year-old Aberdeen man and a 28-year-old Baltimore man on charges of murdering an Aberdeen man four years ago.
Mark Edmond Christian, 23, of the 100 block of Woodland Green Way in Aberdeen and Michael Anthony Brown of the 3800 block of Erdman Avenue in Baltimore were arrested and charged with first- and second-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault and use of a handgun in a violent crime.
The two men, who police say are cousins, are accused of killing 26-year-old Robert Donte Hemphill with multiple gunshots.
Police say Hemphill was staying at the Keyser Motel in the 1300 block of Pulaski Highway in Aberdeen on Aug. 18, 2007, when he was shot. Christian and Brown are being held without bond at the Harford County Detention Center.
