HCPS will be hosting an Open House for the Science and Mathematics Academy at Aberdeen High School on Thursday, November 15, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. to allow parents to take an introductory look at the magnet program. Attendance at the event is not required for application or admission to the program. Applications to each of the HCPS magnet programs will be available at www.hcps.org.

More About Aberdeen High School
Aberdeen High School serves just under 1,500 students and has more than 100 classroom teachers. The high school also houses a Science and Mathematics Academy that opened in 2004. The academy functions as a magnet program that is open to students throughout Harford County. Aberdeen High's sports teams are called the Eagles and the logo is similar to that of the Philadelphia Eagles football team.
