The Sounds of Free Music in Aberdeen

Aberdeen's Tuesday night summer concert schedule for Festival Park has something for listeners of all tastes.

Once again, it’s time for the summer concert series at . Every Tuesday night from 7-8 p.m. between June 21-August 23 everyone is welcome to come out and enjoy a free concert. 

All you have to do is bring yourself and a lawn chair. Refreshments will be available for purchase. So you don’t even have to worry about making dinner.

In the event of inclement weather, the show will go on at the  in the multi-purpose room.

The summer concerts are made possible by the Aberdeen Board of Parks and Recreation.

·         August 9    Three Bats in the Attic

·         August 16  Rick Johnson and Mark Carroll

·         August 23  Bay Country Gentlemen

Be sure to mark your calendar and set aside this one hour a week to just relax with your friends and neighbors. In case the kids get antsy, there’s a nifty play area right there in the park. 

And, did I mention that it’s absolutely free of charge?
