Can anyone tell me where the Aberdeen Farmer's Market is being set up? I have been past the Festival park the past 2 Fridays, and there is NO ONE there. Once, I saw a single, lonely stand selling honey, and yet, I see the signs up all around the plaza, City hall, etc.
Joe, Seems the Mennonites that brought the Amish stuff down from the Lancaster area don't show up anymore as they don't want the competition from others. The city sells a spot to a participant for $150/season. I recall seeing 3 tables set up once with someone playing music one week. Later weeks found only 1 or 2 tables. However, the really big problem seems to be the total lack of customers. When I stopped by, I was the only customer. Looks like either the city does not do a good job of getting the word out, or the people of Aberdeen just don't care to support this venue.

It just keeps getting better and better. When will the idiots who keep voting in the same big spending, big taxing Democrats over and over again, ever learn?
It is not true! I stopped at two McDonald's in Howard County this morning and neither had any idea…Read More what I was talking about. Guess McD's doesn't really appreciate teachers after all!
