First Nutrition held its grand opening over the weekend. The shop will offer smoothies, shakes and more. It will also feature coaching and customer care for those looking to implement a healthy lifestyle.

The business is located at 690 S Philadelphia Boulevard, Suite 200 in Aberdeen.
The grand opening was held May 5. The store is open from 7-a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
