Presbyterian Home Lists Carsins Run Property

The Baltimore Business Journal reported that the property near Route 22 is listed with a commercial real estate company.

Presbyterian Home has listed its Aberdeen property that was to be the site of the with a commercial real estate firm, The Baltimore Business Journal reported.

The 138-acre property, located off Route 22, is listed by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate, the report said.

Presbyterian Home planned a retirement community—known as The Village at Carsins Run—on the land, but after a bill that would have granted the project a 15-year tax exemption was withdrawn.

“The real loser here is the City of Aberdeen,” Susan Shea, president and CEO of Presbyterian Home, said at the time.

The property was not listed on the MacKenzie website as of late Tuesday afternoon.
