Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown joined other elected officials at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

It involved widening MD Route 715 from four to six lanes between the Amtrak bridge and the APG Main Gate as well as improving the US Route 40 interchange.

Said Brown: "A lot of good work has been done."

Other elected officials who spoke included Aberdeen Mayor Michael Bennett, Harford County Executive David Craig, Maj. Gen. Robert S. Ferrell, Col. Gregory R. McClinton and State Highway Administrator Melinda Peters.
