Fill This Vacancy: The Corner at Beards Hill

The property is expected to be complete in the spring of 2013. What would you put there?

The Corner at Beards Hill currently stands as an empty parking lot, but the shopping center is expected to be complete in the spring of 2013.

WCT & Sons, LLC is developing the 3.5-acre property, which will be accessible from Beards Hill Road, West Bel Air Avenue and Beale Drive An archiectural rendering of the shopping center can be viewed online.

If you could put anything in here, what would it be? Tell us in the comments what businesses Aberdeen needs the most.

I'd like to see Dress Barn come to the Corner at Beards Hill. Now that the Hatem Bridge tolls are going up, who wants to pay those prices to shop at the Perryville Outles??? Not me.

A childrens clothing store such as Children's Place, Carters, Crazy 8, Osh Kosh would be great. Even better a Bounce Party & Play or children's gym or even a place you can take kids to to do arts & crafts. Someplace you can take your children to to do something fun.
