HOOPS: Aberdeen's Branch Is Oregon-Bound

Aberdeen alum Devon Branch will play basketball at Oregon this year.

Devon Branch has been an and a T-Bird. This summer, he'll be a Duck.

The former basketball standout announced via Twitter this week that he will be attending Oregon to continue his education and his basketball career.

Branch developed into a Division I prospect the past two seasons after he starred at alongside now-Delaware star guard .

The Sun reported Branch felt like Oregon was similar to the atmosphere he enjoyed at Cloud County (KS) Community College.
