The Sun: APG Fund-raiser Raises $300k for Foundation
BRAC has brought with it more than just transplants from New Jersey. It has brought their traditions as well.
The Baltimore Sun is reporting that the Aberdeen Proving Ground hosted a fund-raiser for that had been a six-year tradition for the transplants who have come to Maryland from Fort Monmouth, NJ, because of BRAC.
According to The Sun, the "Support Our Heroes Ball" raised "more than $300,000" for the Fisher House Foundation.
