The 8th Annual Howard County Housing Fair, the only event where visitors can learn everything about living in Howard County, returns April 12, 2014 to Long Reach High School in Columbia, Maryland.
Hosted by the Howard County Housing Department, the free fair will feature over 55 mortgage lenders, home builders & remodelers, housing specialists, real estate experts and county agencies, available for one-on-one counseling and classroom
sessions covering every aspect of purchasing or renting a home.
Kids activities and prizes make this fair fun for the whole family. Guided bus tours will lead attendees through the highlights of Howard County including charming
communities, recreational areas, and a range of affordable homes for all income
levels.

The fair will also be home to the Moderate Income Housing Unit (MIHU) Housing Lottery, offering two lucky members the opportunity to purchase a home in Howard County at a substantially reduced price.
