"Spring into Health" -- Health & Wellness Fair

A Family FUN Day with balloons, food and games.

Assistance provided to help people enroll in Medicare, Medicaid and health

insurance. Also lots of resources and health information with medical staff to

do blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol screenings as well as speech,

hearing, and dental assessments.


Connect with providers of senior services, support groups,

mediation and children's services and lots more!
