When to Go Trick-or-Treating in Aberdeen

Find out when APG, Aberdeen and surrounding areas will be expecting trick-or-treaters.

Trick-or-treating in the city of Aberdeen will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. Officials remind children to walk (not run) in groups; stay on sidewalks or face traffic if walking on the road is necessary; and stop only at well-lit houses.

Outside the municipality, the Harford County Sheriff's Office recommends trick-or-treating between 6 and 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31.

Children at Aberdeen Proving Ground are encouraged to carry flashlights and wear reflective markings on their costumes during trick or treat, which will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31. Those younger than 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Drivers on base are advised to stay extra alert.
