All summer long, we’ve highlighted the extensive refresh being done on our Food Court. After many weeks of hard work, I am pleased to report we are near completion and would like to celebrate- WITH YOU!
This Saturday, September 8 from 1:30-3:30pm in the Food Court, we will be holding our community celebration. And, it just wouldn’t be the same if our friends and neighbors were not there for all the festivities.
To help keep everyone entertained (especially the kids!), Six-String Sing-a-Long with Ellis will be playing some of your child’s favorite tunes (as well as some the adults will be singing along to!). We’ll also have face painting for the kids and our awesome prize wheel with lots of fun prizes.
But remember- we are in the Food Court. So you can bet we will have delicious free samples from some of our Food Court restaurants and eateries- including one of our newest additions, Charley’s Grilled Subs! Expect to taste delicious items from DQ, Chic-Fil-A and Auntie Anne’s among others. We’ll also see some of your favorite mascots stopping by for a visit, so bring your cameras.
And don’t forget- just before the community celebration, Radio Disney AM 640 is celebrating Back-to-School from 12-1:30pm in the Center Court. They’ll be on site with music, games, and prizes and accepting new and unused school supplies for the Radio Disney Family Back to School Drive, helping those less fortunate. So when you bring the kids, be sure to also bring some of your lightly used school supplies.
