Beards Hill Road, 900 block, Dec. 9. Chinico L. Davenport Jr., 20, of the 200 block of Riva Ridge Circle in Sandfort, VA was arrested and charged with theft.
Baltimore Street, unit block, Dec. 9. Lisa M. Diban, 44, of the 300 block of Baltimore Street was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
South Philadelphia Boulevard, 700 block, Dec. 4. Frank P. Borneman, 45, of Lebanon, NH was arrested and charged with failure to obey.
