Crews Battle House Fire on North Post Road

The fire was reported just before 3 p.m. Friday.

Firefighters contained a house fire on North Post Road in Aberdeen within five minutes Friday afternoon, Rich Gardiner, spokesman for Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association, said.

The fire was reported at approximately 2:55 p.m. on the 300 block of North Post Road.

Crews from Aberdeen, Susquehanna Hose Company and Aberdeen Proving Ground responded to the situation and had it contained, Gardiner said around 3 p.m.

There were no injuries, according to Gardiner.

The Aberdeen Police Department advised drivers to use caution in the 300 block of North Post Road.
