Sheriff: Man Shot in Perrywood Saturday Night

The Harford County Sheriff's Office is investigating at shooting that occurred at 6:20 p.m.

A man was flown to shock trauma after a shooting Saturday night in Perrywood, according to a statement from the Harford County Sheriff's Office.

At 6:20 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an incident on the 200 block of Perrywood Court, the statement said.

When deputies arrived, they found one man shot, according to the statement.

The victim was flown by helicopter to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

The sheriff's office stated the victim's name is being withheld until family members are notified.

Preliminary investigation revealed there had been a dispute at the apartment complex when the shooting occurred, according to the sheriff's office.

The investigation is continuing.
