I know that victim and the family. The first comment was out of pocket and out of hand. People can be ignoant and insensitive. I pray u don't have to ever have the unfortunate loss of a spouse. God doesn't like ugly. Smh After my husband passed june of this year. This passing is just as hard to swallow.

The initial poster whom some of you have admonished, apologized. It's all that person can do. Let it go. Focus in the tragic incident and the family. I'm so sorry for this. And at the holidays. As someone who lost her father on Christnas Eve, it will forever be a difficult time. My prayers go out to the family and for the deceased as well as the truck driver.

The first comment was insensitive but they apologized as soon as they posted the comment and to hope someone makes a negative comment to them if they lose someone is also insensitive. It's never a good time to lose a loved one but when it's so close to Christmas it's that much harder. Prayers go out to all families involved in this tragic accident.

I rode by the accident and felt bad for the victim before realizing who it was. I feel extremely sad for the victims husband and five young children. I really hate hearing of stories like this.

Thank you Monica, its Truckers term ,"Darn those four wheelers " and I immediately (if they noticed the very next post ( I immediately I realized it) admitted it was inappropriate......... truckers feel they are always given 100% the blame, so does any one have any more info on who was negligent?
Red Dolphin December 09, 2012 at 10:27 PM
Rebecca, did you read the second post ? I knew away it was not appropriate, Its the fact that I haer truckers say that all the time (that they always get blamed ) you're right though,,,,,,,,,, I shouldvbe never said that......... please accept my apologies? its so sad,,,,,,,,, to hear about a lost of life like that,,,,,,,,,, just now Im listening to the scanner and they are flying some one out from Perring Park way and Putty Hill............ its so busy oyu there this time of year I thnk that might have somethng to do witht the increase in accidents.....

I know the victims parents and sister. I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are thoughts are with you! XOXO Much love from the Murray Family.

I was there seconds after the accident had taken place. I pulled over to call the police but they had been called already. From my (uneducated) understanding the trucker was pulled over resting on the shoulder. It was extremely foggy though and I even didn't see the cars until I was running over debris that flew off the SUV. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Elizabeth

This is a terrible and heartbreaking time for Chris, their 5 sons and Mike (Yvette's father-in-law. I know the family is suffering in pain at this time. I wish there were words to help make the pain ease, however there isn't. May god be with you and give you strength, during such a lost of this kind. Yvette will be with you and watching over you, always. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Darlene Strzala
