Charles and my family have always been so close. It's been a few years since I've seen him. But Charles is just one of those friends that touch your heart and you never forget. I'm so sadden by his tragic passing. Charles until we meet again, Rest In Peace my friend! Ms. Diane, Mr. Glen, Anthony, Patrick, Rosalie, Bobby, His Wife & Precious Daughter My heart aches for you during this tragic time. I did not know Ofc Armetta but over the summer my daughter and i watched his work with his dog. While at home doing yard work we we're informed of a community event near Custis st. I was impressed with the way he conducted himself with his partner, the city of Aberdeen has lost a good person and officer. MY prayers and thoughts to his family and friends
