Chick-Fil-A, Fallen Officers On City Council Agenda

Aberdeen City Council meets at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.

Aberdeen City Council will honor two fallen police officers and view plans for the proposed Chick-Fil-A restaurant during Monday's meeting.

The regular meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall.

Proclamations will recognize late Officer Charles Armetta and Detective Mark Franklin.

The subdivision and site plans for the proposed Chick-Fil are on the agenda, as well.

I think it's a shame that the Chik-Fil-A is going in that spot. The last thing we need is ANOTHER fast food restaurant. Also, it is closed on Sunday. We need a 24-hour sit down restaurant there.
