Closings, Delays in Harford County on Wednesday

Aberdeen Proving Ground will be operating on a four-hour delay on Wednesday, meaning nonessential employees should report for work four hours later than their usual start time. Harford County Government is opening at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Liberal leave for county employees is in effect. Essential employees should report to work.

Harford Community College is opening at noon on Wednesday.

Harford County Public Schools is on "code green" Wednesday, meaning schools and offices are closed; all evening activities are canceled; essential personnel report for duty; daycare is canceled; and no second-shift custodians are on duty. Schools were already closed for students Wednesday for professional development.

Harford Day School will be closed Wednesday.

The John Carroll School will be closed Wednesday.

Cecil County Public Schools will be closed Wednesday for students. Offices will open at 10 a.m.
