Year in Review: September Ceremony Ends BRAC

After six years of planning and migration, Aberdeen Proving Ground officials signaled the end of the base realignment and closure in a ceremony.
The process involved the relocation of military and civilian positions from Ft. Monmouth, NJ to Aberdeen Proving Ground. Of the approximately 22,000 in the APG workforce at the conclusion of BRAC, 8,200 are new positions.
