BOYS SOCCER: Aberdeen Comes Back to Drop Rising Sun

The Eagles came back from first-half deficit to win.

Tyler Green scored three times in the second half as Aberdeen came back to defeat Rising Sun, 4-2, in an Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference boys soccer game Tuesday in Aberdeen.

Rising Sun (3-2 overall, 0-2 UCBAC Chesapeake Division) led, 1-0, at halftime behind a Corey Thomas goal.

The Eagles (4-3 overall, 2-0 UCBAC Chesapeake Division) got three goals from Green and a goal and an assist from Hunter Haag to complete the comeback. Hunter Murray also had an assist for the Eagles.

Matt Mengel made seven saves in the Eagles goal. Josh McKinney saved eight shots for the Tigers.
