Monday, with Ripken and the late Mr. Tyler's family in attendance, Ripken Baseball honored the longtime Orioles umpires attendant. The longtime Harford County resident was remembered by unfurling the numbers coinciding with the consecutive games he worked on the replica warehouse at —in the same fashion the Orioles relayed the number of consecutive games Ripken played.

The numbers "3819" appeared beyond right field at the youth ballpark.
