William Paca/Old Post Road Elementary School in Abingdon and Youths Benefit Elementary School in Fallston will close at 1 p.m., Kranefeld said. There will be no afternoon pre-kindergarten. But the Y after-school care programs will remain open until the regular pick-up times and will be housed in the air-conditioned buildings at each school.
