Hoops: Aberdeen Girls Play for UCBAC Title Wednesday

The Eagles will square off with Edgewood in a game at C. Milton Wright.

The Aberdeen girls basketball team is playing for the conference championship Wednesday. 

The Eagles and Edgewood will square off at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the title matchup at C. Milton Wright.

Edgewood (16-6 overall) won the Susquehanna Division, going 14-0 in division play.

Aberdeen (19-3 overall) was unbeaten in division play, as well, going 12-0 against Chesapeake Division opponents.

The UCBAC boys title game is also slated for Wednesday at C. Milton Wright. Edgewood (11-1 Chesapeake Division) and Joppatownemeet in a 5 p.m. tip.
