Aberdeen finished the regular season 9-2, losing to River Hill in the state semifinal.

Faulcon led a high-octane passing attack under new head coach Johnny Brooks, and established a connection with classmate and wide receiver Christian Carpenter—who committed earlier this month to attend and play football at Towson University.

In the regular season, Faulcon passed for a conference-best 2,184 yards and 24 touchdowns, against just eight interceptions. The strong-armed quarterback was also accurate, connecting on 68 percent of his passes.

The Eagles averaged 198.5 yards per game through the air—topping all conference opponents by 52 yards per game. Their 31 points per game were third in the conference.

Two other Eagles remain undecided on where they'll play next year. Receiver/defensive back Chavez Cheatham and lineman Brenton Barnes are still being recruited by college programs, Brooks said.

Lincoln University, located in Pennsylvania, competes in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association.

The Lions went 2-8 in 2011, including a 2-5 mark in the CIAA.
