"Playing in a Championship Game like this, when you have Cal Ripken sitting up in the press box watching us play baseball… We really wanted to play baseball the right way, and that’s what these kids have done all week."

Yes. MD who represented the Mid-Atlantic Division won the US Division. They were trailing 13-7 in the 6th.

The Mid-Atlantic was represented by a team from the Bronx. The Maryland team represented Maryland. There are always 2 Maryland teams: the Harford County team who acts as the host team, and the Maryland State Champion team. They played a great game against a strong team, but fell 17-7.

I told two of my employees that I had to lay them off yesterday. We all had a good laugh until IRead More told them it was not a joke. I did tell them that it was because of something some evil Republican congressman had done, and that seemed to make them feel a lot better.

Worst April Fools joke: the Maryland Legislature, our beloved leader M. O'Malley, and the poorRead More suffering citizens who are unfortunate to live the Peoples Republic of Maryland. It just keeps getting better and better. When will the idiots who keep voting in the same big spending, big taxing Democrats over and over again, ever learn?
