MARLAYNA'S MEALS: A Family Night at Carsin's Steak and Seafood

Just recently my Mom, Dad, and I went to the new (formerly The Japan House).

My dad knew two people who work there so we decided to give it a try.

When we got there we could smell the food. It was really nice and comfortable in there. They had really pretty pictures on the wall and the new woodworking was very classy.

We got there at about 6 p.m. and it wasnt that busy. But by the time we left it was really busy!

We got seated right away. Our server was one of the people who my dad knew. Her name was Andy and my Dad used to work with her.

My mom and I each got a ginger ale and my dad got a sweet tea. Then we ordered our appetizer, a duo of sausages, a Kielbasa and a Polish sausage with a nice whole grain mustard. They were both really good.

Then our dinner came. I got a ceasar salad with a sirlion steak and mashed potatoes. It was really good and my steak was cooked just the way I like it.

My dad got a ceasar salad with the Chilaean Sea Bass that was crusted with macadamia nuts with mashed potatoes on the side. He said it was delicious and cooked perfectly. My mom got a ceasar salad with the Rib Eye and seasonal vegtables on the side. My mom ordered her steak medium, but it came out well-done.

Our server, Andy, took it right back and got her a medium steak. The ribeye had a great flavor and was very tender. This expierience was very good and tasty, and our server Andy was excellent. She was right on our re-fills, fixed my mom's steak quickly, and was very personable.  

Also, the price was only around $80.00. That may seem expensive, but it was a lot of food and some really good steaks too.We will definately be going there again! I rate this resturaunt 4 out of 5 steaks!
