1. The IronBirds Lose 8-3. The IronBirds lost to the Jamestown Jammers in New York Wednesday night. According to the IronBirds' press release, both teams were tied until the fourth inning, when the Jammers scored five runs on five hits.

kids—they are invited to their own VBS experience. Adults will have the opportunity to engage in a small group to talk about relevant faith matters that impact everyday life. Make it an entire family night out and join us July 24-29.

A fine arts show, sponsored by the Wilson Ministry Center in the village of Darlington, will be held Friday, September 23 through Sunday, September 25, 2011. This juried show is open to all artists in the Harford, Cecil, Baltimore and lower Pennsylvania county region.
Mail up to three photos of your work with $15 entry fee payable to the Wilson Ministry Center (tax deductible) to: Ms. Nancy Welsh, 2122 Shuresville Rd., Darlington, MD 21034. Deadline is Wednesday, August 31. No photography, prints or computer generated art will be accepted. Entry fee and 10 percent of sales benefit the Wilson Center.
