White, who is a certified teacher and family liaison for Hall's Cross Roads Elementary School, has had the opportunity to interact with Brittany during the Camp Discovery after-school program held at Halls Crossroads Elementary School.

According to White, Brittany has excelled in programs such as success makers, character education, mathematics, readers theater, golf and more.

"Brittany is a straight-A student," White said. "She plays the violin and she sings in chorus."

But that's not all. She is involved in the Harford County Parks and Recreation dance program in addition to being a member of Black Saga, an academic team, the school's Lego team and its Destination Imagination team approach to problem solving program.

Wow, Brittany! Keep reaching for the stars.
