In a bid to promote its new, lower calorie and lower fat fried side dish, Burger King will be offering a free order of "Satisfries" on Saturday and Sunday.
The offer will be valid at all BK locations during hours when fries are normally sold (read: not during breakfast). No coupons or purchase will be required.
Aberdeen folks can visit the Burger King at 1006 Beards Hill Rd. to take advantage of the free offer.
What exactly is a "Satisfry?"
According to the blog SparkPeople: "Satisfries are coated with a thin batter, which helps them stay crispy longer. The Satisfry batter is designed to help it absorb less fat from the frying process than regular French fries; that’s how you can get all the French fry goodness for less fat, even though they are still fried in oil."
Will you stop by a BK for your free fries this weekend?
