The staff was friendly and personable, but make sure you are clear on what is included in the service you are getting and what you will be charged. I requested a mani/pedi for 32.00 and a gel french manicure. I knew the gel french manicure would cost more, but I was very surprised at how much my total bill was. (it was double what I was quoted but I didnt realize I was getting a DELUXE pedicure, No such service is listed on their price mirror/wall so I didn't know such a thing existed until I was at the register). I have natural nails, and initially I wasn't pleased with the result of the gel french manicure, because it made my nails seem thick and fake looking but the polish has lasted 11 days and is just now showing signs of places where it may start to wear off. I am very hard on my nails...just like any other woman, they are tools so the manicure has been put to the test.
I was surprised at the cost of my total bill, and would not return to have them do a full mani/pedi again but the cost of the gel French manicure (15.00), was TOTALLY Worth it and I would return for that service only.
STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, LITERALLY!
I went in for a pedicure and the female technician stops working on me to take care of a quick eyebrow wax walk-in. Afterwards, another person comes in for a wax. Instead of returning to complete my pedicure, the tech proceeds to do the walk-in's eyebrows then was going to continue to do the walk-in's chin as well. I was already sitting in the chair idle for about 10 minutes. I told them that since they did not consider my time to be important, I would get my pedicure finished elsewhere.
The female tech runs back and says that she will complete my pedicure in 5 minutes. NO THANKS! You're going to do a rush job on my pedicure when I was there first?! When I get to the front desk, I expect her to apologize because it is a business and say that it is on them and to please come back next time. Did I get any of that? NO! I asked how much and she looks at the cash I had in my hand which was $10 and responds $15. I gave her the $15 she asked for just for cutting my nails and pushing my cuticles.
Bottom line, STAY AWAY. They do not value your time and they look at you as a one hit wonder not caring about your experience or if you even returned. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
