Best Customer Service I have ever had! Our Waitress, Sadonna I believe was her name, was on top of everything and made our visit very pleasent. Will continue to go to this restaurant in the future. The food was excellent, timing was perfect for its delivery, and to top it off suprised us with a minature lava cake for my mother-in-laws birthday.Best experience I have ever Had! Bad customer service, where both the managers and owners did not either take complaint seriously or care. I could not in good faith recommend this restaurant -- avoid if possible!
I love this restaurant. As a very large man most places are crowded for me and this place is very comfortable. You can go in for sit down meals with a nice Italian type atmosphere or head over to the separate bar area for that type of setting if you so choose. Also I can't say enough at how amazing the food, prices, and portions are at this place. I usually get their meal called the Roman Holiday and even as a very large man I have to take over 1/2 of the plate home. The great staff at The Olive Tree are just the icing on top of the cake. From seasoned vets to first time trainees their wait staff has always been polite and courteous. 5 stars
The Olive Tree is a great restaurant for so many reasons. You can have a rehearsal dinner there, do lunch out with coworkers, date night, or bring the kids! The food is wonderful and brought to you in such large portions you are guaranteed to have left-overs. The happy hour specials are unmatched and the service is great. With homemade bread sticks and whole party platters to go, this is the only place in town to leave you such a great impression every time. You HAVE to have the seafood fettuccine =]
My family and I have been going to the Olive Tree since I can remember! We have never once been disappointed and it has become our family's go to for every celebration.
