"Jerry" will truly be missed. His family knows him like a stranger...he would dropRead More whatever it was he was doing to help someone else. Not only as a member of the fire department, not only as a businessman, but on his personal time. I can remember texting him a message meant for my father-in-law (both in my contacts as Jerry) and "Jerry" responding back, "Not again! Try the other Jerry." R.I.P.

Jerry is a great guy, the kind of person everyone liked and respected and someone who would doRead More anything to help you. I have had the honor and prove ledge of knowing and working with Jerry for many years with Abingdon VFC. And the 911 center. He has a great sense of humor. I remember his gift with mechanical drawing and computers. He could have been a master forger, he could copy the boss's signature perfectly. He cracked me up when he posted a framed ultrasound of his daughter with the caption at the bottom, "Olan Mills" He is one of the rare ones and I will miss him.
