Teen Charged, Released Following Exxon Robbery

A minor was also charged in connection with the Nov. 19, 2012 robbery.

Two Aberdeen teenagers have been arrested and charged in connection with a 2012 gas station robbery. Daquane S. Johnson, 18, of the 100 block of Hamilton Place in Aberdeen, was charged Tuesday with robbing the Exxon gas station on South Philadelphia Boulevard on Nov. 19, 2012, according to a release from the Aberdeen Police Department Thursday afternoon. Johnson was released on $75,000 bond, police said. A 14-year-old from Aberdeen also has been charged in the case, and is being held at the Charles Hickey Juvenile facility in Baltimore County, according to the release. Police said two individuals entered the station and began fighting with a clerk, who was trying to close off access to the office area of the store. The suspects then stole …

Teen Charged With Robbery Of Aberdeen Gas Station

The incident happened early Wednesday morning at the Shell station on Middleton Road.

A 14-year-old Aberdeen boy is charged with an armed robbery that occurred early Wednesday at an Aberdeen gas station, city police said. According to an Aberdeen Police Department release, officers arrived around 12:57 a.m. on Jan. 30 at the Shell station on the 1000 block of Middleton Road. A male in a mask and gloves showed a knife and demanded cash before running from the scene with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.  The suspect, who matched a description and the subject on security footage, was located on Warwick Drive. Police charged the teen with robbery and the suspect was transported to the Charles H. Hickey Jr. School. Police Investigating 2 Aberdeen Armed Robberies

Police have arrested and charged two men in connection with a Monday robbery.

While two men have already been charged, the investigation into two armed robberies in Aberdeen on Monday night is ongoing.  At about 7 p.m. on Nov. 12, in the unit block of Swan Street, a group of men, including one armed with a knife, ran toward a victim. The victim was thrown to the ground and robbed of cash and other property, according to a release from the Aberdeen Police Department. In connection with the robbery, police arrested Joshua K. Telp, 18, of the 300 block of Custis Street, and Kevin D. Watkins, 18, of the first block of Alton Street. Both were charged with armed robbery, robbery, first- and second-degree assault and theft. Aberdeen Police: Man Wrestles Gun From Teenage Robbers

Two Aberdeen teens and one from Baltimore were charged following the attempted armed robbery on Wednesday.

Three teenage males were arrested and charged with the attempted armed robbery of a 20-year-old man in Aberdeen Wednesday. Police said three teens—including two from Aberdeen—were charged following an incident, around 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Holloway Lane. One of the males confronted the victim while showing a black firearm to the man, who was near his vehicle. Police said the victim was able to wrestle the weapon away from the suspect. The three males then began assaulting the victim, who was able to run away. A description of the suspects was given to police, and officers arrested the three males in the area of North East Road.
